We train our people beyond the yearly training requirement, ensuring each employee has the proper certifications and extra education and training. This dedication to our staff plays a critical role in continuing to provide a high level of quality we are known for.
We also know adequate training will help allow our staff to experience a safe work environment which directly relates to a satisfactory career and contributes to a long health life outside of work.
Our technicians receive initial safety and specific hazard training upon accepting employment with Atez, Inc. Additional specialized training is followed up with site specific and daily tailgate training. Training meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements.
Our Supervisors have received extensive supervisor training on Asbestos, Lead Based Paint, Mold, Moisture Intrusion Detection Techniques and specialized safety training along with applicable updates.
